Let's cut to the chase, we started from afar with our mobile application. When it was launched, we were proud to move out of the inkjet printer era and to offer an easy booking experience.
To be honest, initially, we're much more comfortable behind the wheel than with operating systems and operating languages. We knew there was a long way to go, so we listened to you, learned and got back to work. We didn't give up anything and voilà! Orléans Express has a brand new mobile application! Completely redesigned, it is faster, more intuitive and more fluid, and allows you to:

- get online information on the status of the network
- search for a reservation, buy and modify your tickets in a flash
- easily find your ticket purchases, invoices and Bon Point points
- present your ticket to scan to the driver, even offline
- contact us whenever you need it; we are here for you!

As of today, we are working on the development of a BBT System (Booking By Thought System) with which we hope to impress you soon.

Bug dans intrégration à Apple wallet

Avec IOS 12.4 il y a une erreur lorsqu’on tente d’ajouter les billets à wallet et on doit ré-enregistrer les billets dans l’app.

Can’t connect to my account on the app.. So the app is pointless at this point. It has been like that since July.

Il n’est pas possible d’utiliser l’app si vous n’avez pas un compte.
L’application n’est pas en mesure de vous envoyer un courriel avec votre “pin”.
Il n’est pas non plus possible de lier un billet à un compte après son achat sans passer par le service client.
Expérience utilisateur médiocre.
