It is good to have Disney+, but what if i want to download for offline viewing. Maybe to watch while travelling in the car, in the plane…What about the cast? Still not available?

I’m writing ANOTHER review about the lack of “start from beginning” option when choosing an episode or movie to watch. Sometimes people want to REwatch something they’ve already seen. It SHOULDN’T be difficult to do this, and yet OSN makes it next to impossible for absolutely NO reason! Netflix lets you choose between “start from beginning” OR “resume playing.” Amazon Prime offers the same feature. It’s one of the most basic features ANY viewer wants. Especially if they fall asleep while watching something and need to see what they missed, or they want to restart watching a series or movie with friends or family. I watched the first episode of a new series and want to show it again to my husband so we can watch the rest of the series together. Every time I try to rewatch episode one, it keeps automatically jumping me to episode two because episode one is at the end credits and I CAN’T get it to go back to the beginning!!! It’s beyond frustrating!!! OSN your content is excellent, but your app sucks! LET ME CHOSE TO WATCH AN EPISODE AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING AFTER I’VE ALREADY WATCHED IT ONCE!!!And don’t tell me that I can chose “continue playing.” THAT’S NOT THE ISSUE AND DOESN’T SOLVE MY PROBLEM!!!First of all, there’s no clear “continue playing” category on the Apple TV app. Second, and more importantly, I DON’T want to continue playing; I WANT TO START WATCHING FROM THE BEGINNING!!! I WANT THE APP TO GIVE ME A CHOICE!!!I will continue to post one star reviews for your poorly designed app until this is fixed!

I keep getting this message of ‘error loading app, restart app’. I have not even logged in! Customer care is terrible- they asked me for lots of information-app version, device, speedtest results, username login( even though I never managed to login), etc. The app is clearly malfunctioning but they’re trying to blame my device, speed, ip,etc. They cannot help but we are still paying for the terrible app!Update: it’s been 3 weeks now, error still exists and customer service still asking me for more info including my account password! I never logged in to newly installed app. Problem not resolved.

Content wise, OSN+ plus is very solid; a wide range of award winning tv shows and timeless classics. My problem however is with the app. The app is outright bad, lots of bugs and lags. I’ve been using OSN+ for over a month now and here are some of the problems I have faced with the smart tv app. 1. Constant error messages while watching something. Which has meant that I needed to exit what I’m watching and start over 2. For some reason keeps logging me out every couple of days 3. Log in is not synced with the mobile app via QR code (only sign up is). The latter is a must have feature for any streaming platform nowadays. 4. When watching a tv show, the app often does not save the last episode watched. It just redirects you to any unfinished episode. This has meant that I needed to manually read episode descriptions to remember what I last watched instead of the app automatically directing me to the most recent episode I was watching. 5. Finally, the app experience itself does not feel seamless. It’s very laggy. Again, OSN+ content is superior to many popular streaming platforms such as Prime. I just think that the app needs some serious fixing. It pains me to say that I’ve had a better experience on the Watch it platform. Really do hope that someone sees my comments and addresses them.
