- Added an offline warning to display saved regions and prompt users to switch satellite layers if the saved region layer doesn’t match the current satellite layer.
- Resolved an issue with activity tracking.
- Introduced live tracking information on the main screen.
- Fixed a bug where saved offline regions would lose Google satellite imagery or 3D terrain data.
- Updated basemap updates now flag saved offline regions as expired, notifying users to re-download the region.

In future would love to see
- custom layers (elevation, gradient, aspect based)
- ability to rotate map in 2D
- more reliability / control in route building to enable / disable snapping to trails

You can rotate the map in 2D if you unselect "lock orientation" in the app settings.
We’re currently working on more custom layers (including elevation, gradient, and aspect, as you suggested) as well as an improved route planning mode.
Review
This seems like a good alternative to Fatmap and the price for premium is quite reasonable. My only gripe is that I wish the winter Satellite imagery was on par with the old Fatmap winter imagery. Otherwise great app.

Thanks for the feedback! The winter imagery is better than the old Fatmap for North America but isn’t yet as good as Fatmap for Europe and the rest of the world. We’re currently working on improving this.
