Ultra-Fast (~30s): quick sensory prompts to interrupt spiraling
One Object (1–2 min): therapist-style grounding through the five senses
5–4–3–2–1 (2–3 min): the classic checklist grounding exercise
Gentle guidance (with voice, if you want)
Prompts can be spoken out loud
Tap through with Skip / Next (no typing required)
Simple, calming pacing—no “levels,” no gamification
Rate before & after (optional)
If it helps, quickly rate intensity 1–10 before and after. Pause Buddy saves a lightweight history so you can see what works over time.
