Great App

I was using Square before, but find that the overall experience with PAYD Pro Plus is more streamlined, and it has saved me money with the lower processing rates from Moneris. Being able to accept inserted debit is great! Square still lacks that feature, and not all of my customers have tap enabled on their cards.
The app is very easy to use and the reporting features are great! I love that I can access my store from anywhere.

Missing Basic Functions

Couple problems with PaidPro Plus
1) Doesn’t have section/ different tab capability, only favourites. If you have different kinds of products, for example coffee and food, you should have different screens for easier, more efficient access. Have to scroll 50 products to find 1 items.

2) Forced to associate a refund. If you have a large clientele you have to find the individual transaction of the person, this means scrolling 200 transactions throughout the day and finding the 1 that was used. Worst refund option I have seen on a system.

3) Slow system. During peak periods the program slows to a crawl
