Payment is easy but...

I can never load any of my reports. It always gives me the error that my single isn’t strong and i need to try again. If i can’t access my reports, i can’t do my accounting and that makes this app completely useless.

Since a few days the app won’t start up if I clear the app from my iPad or I phone . I need to delete the app and reinstall it . Then it works fine . But same thing happens if I clear the app at the end of the day Update , spoke with moneris they will not fix the app , but the work around is to not use the quick pin sign in , remove this and store your id and shop I’d in the setting then you need to sign in with your password instead of the pin . Everything works fine for me since then . iPhone 12 mini running on iOS 17

Same as the others. Since the update, I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. My customers have to wait for me to reinstall it every time. They won’t fix the app because they want you to go to a new machine that’s going to cost more per month. An absolute pain. Thankfully somebody wrote a review with a workaround. I’m giving that a try. I think I’m going to start looking for a new company to work with.
