PicGent uses semantic search and OCR (text recognition) to help you locate pictures by what they contain. Just describe what you remember or search for words that appear in a screenshot, sign, menu, document, or note—and get results in seconds. Privacy To power search, selected photos may be securely sent to our servers to generate image embeddings (numeric representations used for searching). We do not keep data or image of any form on our servers, and we don’t use your photos to identify you or for advertising. You can also grant Limited Photos access and choose exactly which photos the app can use. Privacy To power search, selected photos are securely transmitted using end‑to‑end encryption to generate image embeddings (numeric representations used only for search functionality). We do not store, retain, or archive your photos — in any form — on our servers. Image data is processed transiently and permanently deleted immediately after embeddings are generated. Under no circumstances do we use your photos to identify you, profile you, train advertising systems, or sell data to third parties. We are committed to strict data minimization principles: we process only what is necessary to provide search functionality, and nothing more. You remain in full control. You may grant Limited Photos access and explicitly choose which photos the app can access at any time.
