Billing issues
App is asking for a payment almost every time I launch the app. I love the software but this is ridiculous. Fix the issues please!
New upgrade
With the new upgrade I lost two of the things I used most. Energy orbs and the pink sparkly Bokah. If I could I’d go back to the old version. I see no improvement only losses.
Very disappointing
It’s bad. I was charged and yet still the same features for free. It’s says, one time charge...hope so.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. You don't need to purchase again if you have purchased Pixamotion Plus earlier. You just need to try Restore Purchase. You can find Restore Purchase button at Pixamotion Plus page. Tap on the top left more option in the app- Go to Pixamotion Plus page- click on Restore Purchase button at the bottom right. Make sure you have logged in with the same apple id on AppStore which you've used at the time of purchase. In case your problem persists please write to us at support.pixamotion@imagixai.com.
