Overall happy with the app. One small suggestion
As it says. I am overall very happy with the app. Very straightforward user experience and easy to use. The only issue is not allowing adding notes to your order. I like my Pizza well done, especially pan crust. However there is no option to add this note in. Have to call in everytime. Please add option to add notes to each order.
Not user friendly
It should support English as well. Application needs to be user friendly.
tips
i understand tipping when i eat in the restaurant. but when I order a 30$ pizza online. and I pick it up, why is it that there isn’t a no tip option and you have to choose a tip? this should be changed. how is my 15 minutes of business worth a tip? the job is to make a pizza not to serve and catour to me. pay the employees a worthy wage and remove this ridiculous payment method
