We have added a brand new RAW+HEIF option by popular demand, allowing for higher quality photos with a smaller file size (compared to JPG).

[+] SAVE RAW + PROCESSED VERSION SEPARATELY
Another workflow improvement, this time for the iOS media library: store RAW and JPEG or HEIF images as separate entries for easier image management and deletion. It shows up under Settings > File Format when RAW+JPG or RAW+HEIF is selected.

[+] UNIVERSAL ORIENTATION

Great App but off the rails now

This is a camera app which I use frequently. Feature rich - I have purchased both the LowLight Plus and VividHDR but have no interest in a subscription of any kind. The intro of the subscription has lowered the app from a 5 to a 4 star for me.

Additional features like Auto Perspective Correction involve additional development cost. They are achieved through diligent work and require maintenance.
A subscription model is the best fit for the ongoing cost of development and our high standard, since our users expect a high quality product that is kept up to date at all times.

It's only the premium features that are offered as a subscription.
Without a subscription, you will still continue to receive free updates and new features.
Existing users get to keep all premium functions that they have already purchased.
Not all users wish to use premium functions as for instance Autoamtic Perspective Correction. Users that wish to use them make high demands. The wish list for extensions (as for instance to make APC work in other camera modes, even in video mode) is long already. With a one-time payment, we would have to offer the feature for a very high fee, since we would have to calculate the price to include cost for all future features, even though the functions are not available yet. There are other premium functions we are planning to introduce where the situation is similar. For these reasons, we do see a subscription as a model that is fair to both sides.

Not compatible on iPhone X

There’s a notch on the phone and you cannot access the top bar setting. I bought this application thinking it’s compatible but not. I hope i can refund completely. I bought even the HDR+ and lowlight plus but the setting is unreachable because of the notch of the iPhone X. Useless because you cannot change the white balance and all setting on the top.

With the current version of ProCamera, the entire screen of all iPhone models can be accessed and used correctly. We are sorry about a temporary inconvenience in the past. In case you have not returned the app via 'report a problem' at Apple, would you consider revising your review?
