A lot of bugs
I can’t use the video proctoring using my new phone, only works with my old iPhones. The desktop app doesn’t work with my Mac air, I have to browse a windows system computer from other people. A lot of stress during the exam because of these technical issues. Yes
Buggy and untested application
first of all the proctors keep contradicting themselves and give you wrong information in preparing the desk. They should tell you exactly what is needed on the desk like a phone stand and nothing but see through water bottle. Also the proctor app browser is very buggy and slow. Everytime I am typing into the chat to the prctor the cursor jumps on the test screen and spacebar makes it jump questions.. How can this not be tested? very bad quality app not sure how its used in production.
Most Poorly Designed App in Existence
I would genuinely rather drive 8 hours then take a boat across the ocean, fly another two days and climb 10000 steps to write the exam in person rather than use this app.
I spend more time worried about the countless technical issues than worrying about my grade on the test. There has not been one time I have launched this app and not encountered an issue. Upload failed. On-boarding doesn’t work. This app already sucked a year ago but they somehow made it even worse!
My favourite part of this app is the uninstall button since it actually works!
