TRES BON SERVICE
I, like most people understand there is going to be delays due to COVID. However when I check my shipment it says “Contact us”. I assume something must be wrong so I call, wait an hour on hold to be told that due to COVID my package will be delayed. Could you not have just put a message on the app saying it’s delayed and not waste everyone’s time calling to find out what they already know?
Exceptionally unclear information and terrible customer service. I suggest UPS, Canada Post, or a carrier pigeon as clearly superior options.
