CALORIE CALCULATOR
We have a built in calorie calculator to help you understand your calorie requirements. We use a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculation to identify the calories required to achieve your goals.

Hey guys,
if you are looking for an app to help you keep in shape whether at home or at the gym PWER is the best, I have been using it since its launch, workouts are perfect whether for burn or built, balance, abs, super effective with or without equipment. I highly recommend it! @Londonfinessguy is the best PT!
