If you select an auto-renewing subscription membership option, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and your Qeepsake subscription will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your credit card will be charged for renewal through your iTunes account within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can turn off an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your iTunes Account Settings, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the term. Finally a baby book that actually gets completed! The daily prompts make it super easy to keep your book up to date with all the little things you forget along the way.User friendly and very timely.

I bought the app because I thought it was a great idea. I bought the full app for the year with the idea that I would get a book done at the end the end of the year.I like the idea of responding to texts and editing became tolerable after the update.Living in Canada however, has made ordering the book unaffordable. A basic soft cover book cost me 147.00 Canadian and I’m typing this to add that as of today, I was charged an additional 43 dollars for customs! There’s no warning for those outside of the States when you’re buying the app (about how much the books will really cost!). Only 6 dollars of that was for taxes, the rest was a UPS processing fee! (UPDATE: Qeepsake refunded me the brokerage fee and are looking into modifying how they mail internationally).The book is no longer going to be a lovely keepsake, but a reminder of when I was duped into spending more than I can afford on mat leave!Yes it’s a great concept, but not worth the cost (especially for those outside of the USA).

Have been using this app since the birth of my daughter 3 years ago. Now they want me to subscribe or I won't be able to even access my old entries. Stay away from these THIEVES.

This decision to move to a paid model was carefully made after much deliberation in order to keep our service afloat. We alerted all affected users multiple times leading up to deactivation, and allowed for the ordering of printed materials to preserve all memories during that time. Additionally, we can still reactivate recently deleted accounts to allow you to purchase your books or join our new low-tier storage subscription (less than $10/month). Just shoot us an email (support @ qeepsake.com) to make the request! We really want to do our best to allow you to preserve your precious memories while continuing to offer our paid service for years to come. We hope these support options can help with that.
