The app is designed by specialists recognised for their expertise in Prehab. The app is a virtual and accessible friend, holding your hand, guiding you and motivating you through your daily fitness journey. Promising results have already been reported with the use of apps to improve adherence and outcomes in other health areas, such as weight loss and diabetes management.
In collaboration with specialist guidance, the app aims to improve your confidence in adherence and compliance with your personalised Prehab plan. Easier to access than paper handouts and allows your Prehab expert to adjust your quests and offer support based on your input. Dual effects of not only ensuring you meet your daily quests, also assuring you are increasing your functional reserve by gradual and supervised increase in the challenge.
