The Reading Eggs Learn to Read app features hundreds of fun reading, spelling, and alphabet games, along with phonics activities, word puzzles, and over 3,500 e-books for your little Eggsplorer to enjoy! The app includes Reading Eggs Junior (for toddlers and preschoolers), Fast Phonics (covers key phonics skills in depth), Reading Eggspress (covers spelling and comprehension), and Mathseeds (for early mathematics skills).

Great practice!
We have found reading eggs is great practice for our children! Some of the activities are difficult for young children because the ability to understand the directions is more difficult than the reading aspect. The Fast phonics section has better activities and is our favourite section of the program. I also wish there were fewer games. The lessons provide enough entertainment. The games and play area are unnecessary and often distracting (we are able to turn them off, but they don’t disappear, so the.my daughter is then asking me to turn them on).
User Interface
A lot of the text is way too small for iPhone. Some of the games don’t work to produce the correct answer, specifically bowling with the dinosaur as he always bowls into the middle lane and putting the correct number of zoo animals into their enclosures which doesn’t accept the animals being dragged over. With some improvements this app could be great but right now isn’t as good as some of the free ones are.

NOT safe for children - woke
My kids used this app for a while until I learned that this app is secretly pushing an LGBTQ agenda in the kids library. When searching the app for anything related to LGBTQ from the adult side there are no search results…. I tried the same search term from the kids side and there were suggested books… cancelled my subscription then and there. Go woke go broke.
