It supports a calendar view and delivers on-time local notifications. Tasks are grouped into Today and Next 7 Days, so what you need to handle is always clear at a glance.
For long-term knowledge base management, all screenshot cards support full-text search and tag-based categorization, along with organization tools like archiving and starring—ideal for building up study notes, important information, payment records, shipping details, travel plans, and more over time. RecallBox also includes clipboard monitoring: when you copy text, the app evaluates its value, decides whether it’s worth saving, and can turn important content into a Knowledge Card with one tap—so insights and critical info don’t slip away.
