The app follows your system language, and you can switch it in Settings under ‘Language’. - Nutrition database: Every ingredient now also carries its Dutch name, and search finds it under that name. - New sample recipe: If you set up the app in Dutch, your first recipe is Stamppot boerenkool. - Dutch recipes: Amounts, units and ingredients in Dutch recipes are recognized on import, including terms like ‘snufje’, ‘eetlepel’ or ‘naar smaak’. - Timers in every language: Cooking mode now also recognizes hours and seconds in any language, such as ‘1 hour’ or ‘30 seconds’ – previously only in German. - Built-in items in your language: Tag groups, the default cookbook, storage locations and shopping categories always appear in the selected app language, even after switching languages. - Backups independent of language: When restoring a backup, existing tag groups, tags and the default cookbook are recognized in any language, so no duplicates are created. Tags are only created once you actually import. - Your own keywords: Keywords entered for a shopping category now automatically sort new items in the shopping list and pantry into that category. - Multiple devices: Duplicate built-in items from devices set to different languages are merged during sync. Recipes, pantry items and shopping list entries are kept.

This version brings a few handy improvements: • Safari extension in your language: The extension's window now appears in English, German, French, Italian or Spanish – matching Safari's language. • New icon: In the Safari settings on iPhone and iPad, the extension now shows the RecipesManagerPro icon. • Image import from files: You can now pick the recipe page and the recipe photo straight from your files – not just from Photos or the camera. • Units in your language: Measurements such as tbsp, EL or clove now always appear in the language you've set and in the right form, so “3 cloves” instead of “3 clove” – even in recipes you saved earlier. • Better recognition of English ingredients: Lines like “1 bunch of chives” or “½ a head of broccoli” are now neatly split into amount, unit and ingredient – even in recipes you saved earlier. • Several recipes at once: When several recipes are checked in the recipe list, Delete and Move in the context menu now apply to all checked recipes. • Staple ingredients in every language: Salt, pepper, sugar and the like are now recognized in recipes of any language and are not deducted from your pantry when cooking. • More accurate categories: Pantry and shopping list items are now sorted more reliably – flour, for example, no longer ends up with the vegetables. • More reliable nutrition info: If the online nutrition database is briefly unavailable, the app simply asks again next time. • Refined help texts: clearer and more consistent. Collect recipes without opening the app. New in this version is a Safari extension. While you browse, an icon in the toolbar shows whether a page holds a recipe. One click and it is in your collection. If the recipe is already there, the extension tells you beforehand. Which cookbook recipes go to and which tag they get is set in the app. For Mac, iPad and iPhone. Also in this version: Some recipe portals changed how they declare their image, so no picture was coming through when importing by address. That is fixed, and if a page declares no recipe image at all, its preview image is used instead. Above the recipe list you now see which filters are active. Each one can be removed with a single click, and favourites can be switched off by clicking again. A file that does not fit the import now says so, instead of doing nothing. Plus several fixes for the Mac, where some windows did not scroll reliably. Happy cooking!

¡Hola! RecipesManagerPro now speaks Spanish. Spanish joins as the fifth language — and it runs all the way through, not just across the interface. Recipe import recognizes Spanish ingredient lists and instructions, the nutrition database carries Spanish names for more than 340 ingredients, and anyone switching the app to Spanish is greeted by a tortilla española as the sample recipe. The parser now also understands approximate quantities in Spanish and Italian. "Unos 500 g" comes through cleanly as half a kilo. Also fixed: the Italian texts in the share sheet were showing in German. They are now properly translated. Happy cooking!

New: RecipesManagerPro now speaks Italian! ITALIAN AS A NEW LANGUAGE The app is now fully available in Italian — including the ingredient and nutrition database. If you spot anything in the translation, we'd love to hear from you. MORE RELIABLE NUTRITION VALUES Ingredients are now recognized in all four languages. As a result, fat, protein and carbohydrate values are calculated far more reliably. The nutrition database has been expanded and can be updated any time from Settings. WORK FASTER WITH CONTEXT MENUS Just right-click a recipe: move it to another cookbook or delete it straight from the list. Tags can be renamed or removed via context menu as well. A CLEARER SIDEBAR The View, Tags and Tools sections are now clearly separated — so you'll find your way around more quickly.
