Version 1.6.0 SHARE A RUNNING TIMER Share a timer that is already running as a link, and whoever opens it watches the same countdown tick down in sync in their browser — no app, no account, no sign-up. It works for countdowns, the stopwatch, Pomodoro, and multi-step custom timers. Anything that would put the shared link out of step — pausing, resetting, skipping a phase, switching timers — asks first. BLOCKS FOR CUSTOM TIMERS A custom timer can now hold a Block: a group of phases that repeats for as many rounds as you set, and one Block can sit inside another, two levels deep. A new card-based editor builds them, and while the timer runs the Block you are in and the round it is on appear on the status line, with the Lock Screen Live Activity counting rounds alongside. SEND AND RECEIVE YOUR OWN TIMERS Send a custom timer as a link or as a .rdtimer file, and open one you have been sent from a link, a file, or the clipboard. Before anything is added, a confirmation screen shows what the timer actually contains. A link to a timer you saved opens straight in Retro Dot Timer, ready to import, with a web preview for anyone who does not have the app. Importing and running a shared timer is free; Pro is only needed to create and edit timers. Your library holds up to 50 custom timers. TIMER GALLERY Behind Browse Gallery there are seven ready-made timers, free to import and run: Tabata 20/10, HIIT 40/20, Deep Work 50/10, Study Cycle 25/5, 20-20-20 Eye Rest, 10-Minute Meditation, and French Press. PHASE AND ROUND IN LANDSCAPE Filling the iPhone screen used to hide every hint of which phase of a Pomodoro or custom timer was running. A new Appearance switch, on by default, keeps that line on screen. EMOJI AND A CLEANER INTERFACE Give a custom timer an emoji and it appears on its timer chip. Buttons, labels, pickers, and settings text are now set in the system font, so they read more cleanly and fit better in every language. The timer display itself is unchanged. FIXES • A timer with too many steps to fit in a link now says so up front, instead of building a link that cannot be used • Copy Link and Share on a custom timer are reachable while a timer is running; they used to be switched off with the rest of the timer strip • Skipping a phase during the one-second pause between phases no longer skips two, from the timer, Siri, or the Live Activity • Resetting in that same moment no longer starts the next run already on its second phase

Version 1.5.0 NOW ON IPAD Retro Dot-Matrix Timer runs on iPad, with the dot-matrix face scaled up to fill the larger screen. In landscape the full set of controls stays on screen, and the display re-fits cleanly as you rotate. FIXES • The display no longer overflows its frame when a running timer crosses an hour and the digit count changes • Unlit dots are visible again across the dot-matrix grid • The bloom halo is no longer clipped, and no longer shifts layout at different display sizes • Appearance live previews render bloom legibly • The stopwatch keeps counting past an hour • The Save button in the Custom Timer Editor keeps its label contrast

Version 1.4.0 DOT-MATRIX ON THE LOCK SCREEN The Live Activity now renders a real dot-matrix timer face on the Lock Screen and in the expanded Dynamic Island, with its own ticking font, color-scheme changes that apply mid-run, and a checkmark morph with a single chime at zero. 14-DAY PRO TRIAL Every Pro feature is now unlocked free for 14 days, starting automatically at first launch. No signup, no payment details. A one-time alert states when the trial ends, which features revert, and the one-time price. When the trial ends nothing is charged, Pro features return to the free tier, and saved custom timers stay runnable. MORE IS NOW FREE Custom durations (1-180 minutes), the 7-Segment display, the square dot shape, and running multi-phase custom timers have all moved from Pro to the free tier. Pro is now focused on authoring and personalization: the Custom Timer Editor, premium color schemes, custom colors, multicolored digits, and the Flip Clock and Big & Small displays. FIVE NEW LANGUAGES The app, its widget, the Live Activity, and Siri phrases are now localized into Spanish, Spanish (Latin America), German, French, and Simplified Chinese. Settings › General links straight to the system per-app language page, which also switches widgets, Live Activities, and Siri. STOPWATCH MILLISECONDS The stopwatch now shows a live hundredths-of-a-second sub-display beneath the main counter, on the Dot Matrix and 7-Segment styles. NEW MODE PICKER Timer and Stopwatch now sit on one row, with Preset, Pomodoro, and Custom on a second row beneath. REFINED SETTINGS Settings has been rebuilt on native iOS patterns.
