Expand turning signal gestures

It’s great one can initiate turning signal gestures with one’s Apple Watch.

Reminder - Apple Watch isn’t the only smartwatch on the market. There’s also Garmin Watches (what I wear while riding with my Lumos Ultra MIPS helmet). To me, this would increase the use turning signals with hand gestures vs. the remote. Much safer to use hand gestures than the remote to initiate the turning signal.

I also find it difficult to press the small remote buttons safely while riding, especially when wearing bike gloves.

Hence, to promote/encourage use of turning signals & safety on the road, i’d strongly suggest that Lumos adds other smartwatches like Garmin watches (besides Apple Watches) to it’s app.

Inexplicably requires 3rd party ad tracking

I like the helmet and generally like the app. I’m not clear though why the current version of the Lumos app now requires 3rd party Ad Tracking to be enabled in order for ride journeys to work? What do 3rd party advertisers have to do with whether, when or where I ride a bike? Not cool.
