Description
The Giant RideControl app opens up the world of connectivity for your Giant E-Bike. The app allows you to connect your phone with your E-Bike, giving you the ability to keep your E-Bike up to date, to customize your motor setting and use your E-Bike display for navigation.
E-Bike customization
The Giant RideControl app lets you customize the motor settings the get the most out of your rides. Match the motor settings to your riding style. You can choose for more power and aggressive performance for a quick blast. Or turn it down a notch to make it more efficient for your long and epic adventures.
Navigation
Use the RideControl app for turn-by-turn navigation specifically designed for the bike. If your E-Bike is equipped with a compatible RideControl EVO display you can synchronize turn by turn navigation to your display, so there is no need to keep your phone at hand.
Record your Rides
Record your rides in detail and share it with your friends. You can choose to synchronize all rides with Strava or manually upload to social media.

In this update, we fixed some issues, including the problem where using Google social login with Giant ID would result in errors and the crashing issue.

Not sure what is going on
Since the latest update I can no longer log in. I have deleted and reinstalled, turned on /off VPN just a circle of death. Update I was able to use it again. It worked well but once again it now says login expired and back to circle of death. So I now increase to 2/5 as they seem to be fixing things.
That said now back to 1/5 as nothing seems to be happening. Maybe move back a version do more beta testing and try again. I can see all the reviews are saying the same thing. “Circle of death” The app when it worked two times I think seemed to be fairly functional so I am interested but please fix
App not working!
I have two Giant e bikes that I was using the app with just fine until a month ago and now the app won’t log me in. I get just the circle of death that never ends rotating on the screen. Even deleting the app and reloading it is not helping the app is dead! Please fix! I spent $18,000 on two Giant bikes and now the stupid app won’t work.
