I am a diabetic and heart patient of THP. This program is very educational and helps me select the right quantities and variety of foods to make me feel better and control my blood sugar, weight and blood pressure. Try it. You will learn a lot while eating sensibly.

Who does this?

You seriously need to ask what sort of thinking is behind an app like this. A dietician recommends this app to me. He demonstrates it. Awesome. I download the app. It wants my email… the email I provided previously. What email? I go to the Rx web site. NO hint at all about how to get involved. None. Bunch of bafflegab about how wonderful it is. NO meaningful or helpful info. .
