Outage Notifications

Once you add an area to your outage notifications, there is no way to remove it. They have an edit option where you are supposed to be able to remove areas, but for 2 years of trying, zones come back every time the app is shutdown.

No download or print for bills.

Still need paper for accounting. Allow downloading or printing from the app.

Needs improvement

App freezes so often. Added outage areas don’t stay programmed in. Dropdown in app for rural land locations doesn’t work- have to go to the website, then website says the quarter section is not found. Frustrating.
