Scan4admin
Scan receipts, email as PDF
Free
Snap a receipt, get a clean PDF in your inbox. The fastest way to send expenses to your bookkeeper or accounting software.
Scan4admin turns paper receipts into clean PDFs and emails them to your bookkeeping address – in seconds.
Point your camera at a receipt and Scan4admin does the rest: it finds the edges, straightens the image and enhances it so it reads like a proper scan. Hold still and the photo is taken automatically. The flashlight stays on, so even faded receipts come out sharp.
