Programmers need an upgrade. The new app version is virtually useless

App change has made this a very unpleasant purchase. I was very happy with the older version and this one basically doesn’t work for my two aromini bt diffusers…great…

My app works fine

Just downloaded app last night..everything works fine😊

App not working!

I received my two AT600 devices 3 week ago and your app hasn’t worked yet. The Bluetooth scheduling app was the main reason why I choose this specific scenting machine. Now I’m thinking about getting both of them refunded.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Could we please have you try doing a reset to get back onto the app?
1. When you open up the back of the AT-600 BT, you will see a reset hole and a set button. You will need to press the reset hole until you hear a loud beep. It may take a few seconds, but keep pressing it with a paper clip, pen, back of an earring or toothpick.
2. Now when you relaunch your app on your phone, the app will recognize the device, a blue light will appear on the front of the machine to indicate the bluetooth has connected. You'll see a picture of the device on the app - select that and you'll be taken to your schedules page.
3. Remember that before you reset it, the diffuser has to be plugged in or be switched over to battery mode.
If you see the loading icon scrolling for too long on the "select a device" page, please turn off and then turn back on your phone and this should help. Feel free to email us at hello@aromatechscent.com if you are still having issues.
