The latest enhancements introduce an orange dot on the Main Schedule to indicate available overtime. The Available Overtime view now offers expanded details, including location, scrollable positions, and advanced filtering by location, position, day of week, and overtime type. New indicators have been implemented for queued, deferred, and flagged overtime. Additional updates improve clarity between mandated and volunteered overtime. Minor bug fixes are also included in this release.

Operational Schedule (Single Day Schedule View) For agencies that allow employees to view schedules for all users: Access the new “Operational Schedule” from Main Menu > Operational Schedule. Navigate to different days by tapping the date or using the navigation arrows. Employee names and shift times are displayed with color-coded exceptions. Tap any shift exception for expanded details, shown based on your permissions. Note: Currently, detailed views and exceptions are limited to your own schedule. Future updates will expand these features for admin roles. Default schedule filters set in the web app will also apply in the mobile app. Toggle this filter on or off by tapping the filters icon. Access additional saved filters by tapping the filters icon. Update now for a faster, clearer way to manage and view daily schedules across your agency!
