It won’t stop beeping

After the latest update my two sensors won’t stop beeping and there’s no way to turn it off. I just took the battery out.

Hi, if not the low battery, you can turn off the alert setting from APP to make a try.

Export to CSV

One of the features that is part of the sales pitch for the sensors is the ability to do CSV IMPORT of the data. There is no clear guide how or where to do this in the app or how it needs to be set-up TO do this. Can you please explain how to do this?
