Automation page bugfix

Added the ability to delete a user account in the edit user page. Addressed issues on registering a user account with an email address that has been previously deleted. (Force a consumer token reset) Addressed performance issues when initializing the estates list or a single estate. Estate data is cached for the next time the app is opened. Installer portal optimizations. Estate notification alert fixes and optimizations. Reworked fetching images for the estates on the estates list. Ping estates only once and remove the explicit timeout.

Minor bugfix for automation default groupings.

Added an Estate personalization page to allow masters of estates to rename the estate and other estate labels. Optimized the performance of the automation page by drastically reducing the time it takes to initialize the page. Addressed a push notification registration issue. Refactored add/edit registered user page and addressed bug with automation access.

Upgrade to Ionic 6. Performance enhancement on application startup. Various minor bugfixes.

Bugfixes: - Automation buttons missing from camera views on legacy estates

iOS 14+ was not compatible with the old push notification frameworks. Frameworks have been upgraded. Please logout/login to trigger the push registration and or delete the app and re-install.
