Don’t subscribe

I am VIP member since 2019 and all of a sudden they canceled my subscription without any notice. I didn’t cancel my subscription and my card is valid. I called 4 times the customer service no response, no one gets back to me or any thing. I used to have a lifetime deal. I can’t go back to the deal, so they made this in purpose. AVOID AVOID SUBSCRIBING
