HUMAN-APPROVED SCHEDULING HELP Build shifts from plain English and review scheduling suggestions before applying changes. Managers remain in control. ONE WORKSPACE FOR THE TEAM Invite employees securely, organize roles and locations, share announcements and tasks, and give each team member a focused view of their own schedule and requests. TIME CLOCK WITH CHOICE Workers can clock in and out. If location permission is granted, Shift21 adds a location label to the punch for workplace verification. PRIVATE BY ROLE Managers control schedules, team access, and workplace records. Employee views are limited to their permitted workspace experience. New accounts start clean with no sample people, shifts, or locations.

A redesigned employee schedule now shows a structured Monday-to-Sunday agenda with shift times, hours, locations, coverage, open shifts, and three-week navigation. Managers can also import employee lists from CSV, TSV, Excel, PDF, JSON, VCF, and text files with a review-first workflow. This release includes onboarding, app-and-web synchronization, reliability, and release improvements.
