Welcome to the Shiftboard ScheduleFlex mobile app. With our user-friendly mobile app, you can access your work schedule on the go, stay updated with real-time notifications, and manage your shifts with ease. Plus, our instant notification features keep you informed about any changes to your schedule, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
To get started, simply download the ScheduleFlex app and log in using your ScheduleFlex credentials. Please note that you must have an active ScheduleFlex subscription to use the app. If you have trouble logging in, please make sure you’ve downloaded the correct app.

Too slow to load content
Ever since Shiftboard has updated the app about two updates ago, it’s been really really reeeeeeaaaaalllllyyyy slow. Logging in takes awhile. Seeing your schedule takes forever to load. And whenever you look at another day, it shows the schedule event for the last day you looked at.
On top of that, the app will always default to “Week” viewing mode. You can switch to view the whole month but it adds more to the loading time.
Definitely not my connection as I’ve tried in different conditions: wifi at work, public wifi, cellular data, and wifi at home. All having the same results in loading time.
