Be very cautious in your sign up for this app. They proceed to auto upgrade your plan and bill endlessly. Additionally, canceling is an extremely tough process. My account never worked in Canada, and because of this I was unable to access it to cancel it. It’s obvious how difficult they make it to cancel. Signs of a bad product.

When I signed up for this app for free it didn’t mention that it has a free trial whatever you do do not click on the button that says “try us for free” like many other free trials they charge you at the end
The app never works

We use the service for our agency in behalf of multiple companies. Our customers use the app and everyone pretty much has the same feedback 1. Notifications never work. Even when we try to get it or work, we just never get notified of new responses. Therefore many messages take too long to get answered. The support team says it’s not them, it’s us so problem not solved. 2. If you’re lucky to get notifications, the app logs you out regularly so you no longer get notifications.3. When you’re logged in, often there’s nothing in the « inbox » but when you login online on your computer, there are a bunch of messages waiting. It’s just a bad experience and we’ve spent hours trying to get this app to work without success. The good news is Simple Texting comes our regularly with updates for the app. Unfortunately those updates don’t solve these problems.
