Such a help!

This app has been great for me! The meditations and education have been so helpful. Sleep School’s book was good, but I find the app more practical considering it includes the meditations in such a convenient way. It has put my mind at ease in many ways! I usually don’t like to pay for subscription based services but the amount of content you get from the app makes it so worth it for such a relatively low price. Big thanks to Dr. Guy, Dr. Kat and everyone else involved!
