FIVE SHAPES, EVERY SIZE
A cube, a pyramid, a diamond, a twelve-sided ball and a twenty-sided star — 18 puzzles in all, from 2×2 up to 5×5. (Cubers know them as Pyraminx, Skewb and Megaminx.) Every one of them turns, scrambles and solves for real, in 3D you can spin from any angle.
STUCK? POINT YOUR CAMERA
Scan the puzzle in your hands, face by face. SpinCube reads the colours and checks they add up. Get one wrong and you fix it with a tap — no starting over.
ONE CORNER TWISTED? IT SPOTS THAT
Drop it, pop a piece, or let someone twist a corner in place, and the puzzle can never come out again — no matter how well you turn it. SpinCube spots that the moment you finish the scan, instead of letting you go round in circles, and shows you in 3D which way to twist it back. Scan again to confirm the fix. No dismantling, no peeling stickers.
THEN FOLLOW IT OUT, ONE MOVE AT A TIME
Each step shows you which layer to turn and which way, on a puzzle you can spin while you follow. Go at your own pace, step back when you lose the thread, or sit back and watch the whole solve play out.

The 3×3 comes with the layer-by-layer method — the seven steps most people learn from. Eleven algorithms, each one named, so you can look them up anywhere. Every step opens by telling you what it does and which algorithms it takes; tap any one to watch it run in 3D, then practise it on a cube of your own. The cheat sheet with all eleven is free and yours to keep — the whole point is that one day you won't need the app for this at all.
A TIMER WORTH USING
Thumbs on both circles, wait for green, let go. The classic speedcubing start, timed to the hundredth of a second. Scan the scramble first and it is saved alongside your time, so you can come back to exactly that mix later.
