Check it out in detail here: squ.re/custominvoiceFrom your online Square Dashboard if you enter a custom message to an Invoice, and select Save as Default the same message will appear in any Invoices you send from the app. The same is true if you add a message to the app, you'll see the same message in your Dashboard.

Very easy to use, work in coop with their other apps (appointments, etc). I’ve been using the free version for 5 years. Don’t really see any need to upgrade. They even offer business funding when you start selling consistently.Very good for small business.
