Love that I get reminders and that I can tip/pay in advance
Scam don’t use
You will get random appointments added and be asked to pay. You won’t be able to cancel them either.
Customer support doesn’t care if a store charges you randomly. I sent them proof and they basically said I was on my own. If that’s the case why do I even bother using this app? Don’t even bother contacting them. I’ve done that twice they don’t resolve anything.
My suggestion: use a phone and contact the barber yourself. Don’t put a credit card on this app or give your information. They obviously aren’t taking the proper measures to keep it safe.
Horrible App
App dos not work half of the time, you get a 6 digit code, the code does not work also so you end up calling the barbershop for your appt
