Good advice and nice animations

This app is enjoyable so far. Helpful (albeit somewhat basic) tips for better sleep with sleep tracking and background information that leads you to better understand the reasons behind your insomnia. Given my history of insomnia over decades, I wish I had access to this app when I was younger when the impact may have been greater. Still, happy so far with it. The animal icons are also nice. Thanks to the developers!

Completely changed my life, great customer service too

Have only been using for about 2 weeks, but I sleep better than ever. Actually, this is the first time my fear of sleep is starting to go away. The methods are surprising, but extremely effective. The customer service (Jennifer) is fast and more helpful than any other internet service I’ve dealt with.
