The app features events that encourage users to achieve 10,000 steps per day. Leader boards generate automatically in the app allowing team members to compete with one another while striving to reach their personal goals. The app tracks users steps through integrations with Apple Health (HealthKit), Google Fit, Garmin, and Fitbit.
