The platform is designed for candidates with 3 years or more of professional experience and at least 21 years of age.
With STERNA you can create your own “Avatar”, meaning a digital profile of yourself including your skill sets. An automated wizard will guide its users during the process until the profile is completed. Exams to validate skills may be required throughout the process. Upon your acceptance, the interviews with the hiring company as well as the exams will take place either virtually or on-site.
If you’re selected among others by the hiring company a “Work Contract” will be sent automatically in your native language among others. You will have a pre-defined period of time to either accept or decline it. In the event where the offer suits you, STERNA will accompany you in post-hiring processes related to Immigration, Mobility & Integration. Furthermore, the STERNA app will keep you informed in real time and update your status along the way.
