Useful but naggy

This app has been so useful to be more consistent in my stretching by giving you some routines.

What’s an issue is all the ads and upgrade now screens.

I would give it one more star if the ads weren’t so pervasive.

And the final star if you could see what all the “pro” exercises and routines are. This would make it easier to decide if I want to pay for it or not.

The amount of ads, and the fact that they give no information of the amount and quality of the exercise library contained in the full app has prevented me from getting the paid subscription.

There are so many things you can do with the free program you this app is getting me so close to splits and it’s only day 1 I’m telling u gotta get this app
