Instead of juggling multiple groups and word-of-mouth invites, StuSync gives you one clean hub for what is happening this week.
Housing Hub
Finding housing should not feel like guesswork. StuSync makes it transparent. Browse rentals, sublets, and shared student housing in one place. Every post includes photos, pricing, location details, and contact info. List your own sublet in minutes, or search by filters such as price range, bedroom number, and housing type.
Switch between list and map view depending on how you like to search. Verified housing partners, including landlords and agencies, provide added trust and reduce the risks of scams. StuSync’s Housing Hub keeps everything organized, searchable, and built for student life.
UMatch Social Matching
Meeting people is one of the biggest parts of university, and UMatch makes it easier. It is a universal swipe system that combines four connection types into one:

Search by category or keyword to find exactly what you need. Each listing has messaging built in, so buying and selling stays organized. Unlike other online Marketplaces, StuSync is student-only, so you know who you are dealing with.
Trust and Safety
What sets StuSync apart is safety. Every account is verified with our proprietary student ID verification system. This ensures that only real students gain access, keeping bots, scammers, and outsiders away. Students can report or block instantly, and admins manually review flagged content. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and accounts are protected with two-factor verification. We value students privacy and ensure they are protected while using StuSync.
Expanding Soon
