If you download the App and subscribe to the Services through the Apple App Store, your subscription and use of the App are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These terms apply in addition to the Sway.ly Terms. In case of any inconsistency between our Terms and Apple's EULA, the Apple EULA will govern your subscription obtained through the Apple App Store.
If you subscribe to the Services through our website or any channel other than the Apple App Store, the Apple EULA does not apply, and only the Sway.ly Terms govern your subscription.
