Good app but limited workout

This app is really good! It gives you workouts based on your level of strength. In the workouts it starts with a warm up, into the workout and then you do a cool down. If you click the info button it tells you how to do the workout. There is a timer up at the top of the page that restarts every new workout and you can skip ahead if you don’t have the equipment or just don’t feel like doing it. I love this app overall there is just kind of limited exercises to do without paying. That is the only thing and I know that can be a big factor. But I haven’t paid and I found a workout I like to do everyday!
