Challenging getting set up
After being waitlisted to join, I received an invitation to set up my profile. There was a delay of a number of weeks activating my profile after submitting my background check. When I inquired, they did it straight away, so it appears someone was meant to do it manually and didn’t…..
I’ve set myself up for a number of jobs and for the times I’ve made myself available, I’ve had no requests. I attended a workshop, and was told I would receive an email allowing me to set up a one on one call to help finesse my profile. It’s been almost a week and nothing has come. When I attempted to use the chat to inquire about this, it requested a form be filled out with my email, and the question I had. Each time I submitted the form, I was looped back to the beginning and asked to repeat the process…..
As someone who was a coach to technology innovators at a well known innovation centre, I’d say this is a great idea but pull your socks up guys. Your execution is lacklustre and someone is going to eat your proverbial lunch.

FRAUD SCAM FRAUD
The worse application and customer service ever been used from apple store.
Charged my account 25$ but never allowed to me to finish registration.
Did not answer emails and case tickets at all.

After paying for registration and background check and few months they deactivated account.
