If you pre book a cabs this is a great app! If you hoping for an “in the moment” cab, you might be waiting 40 mins until they confirm a cab, and then an additional 10-15 mins till it gets to you.
Booking issue
I pre-booked a taxi through this app. 5 mins before arranged time, they just cancelled my booking. I booked another taxi as asap by using this app again. However, the previous booking hadn’t been cancelled on a taxi driver side. Because of that it became double booking. This app also sent me cancellation notice when the 2nd driver arrived at my apartment. Based on this, it seems that cancellation notification is actually sign that a taxi driver arrived…
