Good service
I forgot one bag in the URIDE. I contacted costumer service, they responded quickly & I got my bag back. I like the promotions they have sometimes too! Like save $5 or half off.
Amazing service
I used to cab to work everyday and it was costing me close to $20/cab ride, ever since I was told about Uride, I spend less than half of the $20 I was spending everyday. All the drivers have been so friendly and the service has been absolutely incredible.
