Addressed crashes happening when opening podcast and webinar.

- Members can now enter an OCI or a PAS as soon as the meeting is marked as "Next". That means you no longer have to wait until 48 hours before your next meeting, you can enter an OCI for your next meeting, beginning the day after your last meeting! Check-In and evaluations are still opened 24 hours ahead of your meeting. - Bug fixes.

Improvement: Users reported that the Document Library was difficult to find, so we have added it as a distinct option to the application landing page so that you can reach it within two taps from anywhere in the app. Fix: We have implmented a fix for a user reported issues where they could not load app content after being offline and then reconnecting to the internet. Monitoring: The TEC Member app is a complex application with lots of moving parts. As such, we are adding some monitoring tools to the application to be able to idenitify and correct issues more proactively. Hotfix: This update corrects an issue reported by members who encountered an error in the evaluation form after their last update. We welcome any feedback you may have that will help us to deliver a better, more stable service for members and chairs.

In response to your valuable feedback, to help with the completion of your Group Evaluations, the Meeting, Speaker (if applicable), and 1-1 (if applicable) Evaluation forms have been consolidated into a single “Meeting Evaluation” form which could be accessed on your Meeting Information page.
