EAM360 Mobile app for Maximo is a simple, easy to use and intuitive application with minimal clicks and equips Technicians with the right set of information and provides access to transactions and reports. It is an Enterprise Business App with a social app flavor & usability. This App helps Technicians to access work information faster, eliminate paperwork, and ensure compliance.
It is built as a native iOS application and complies with all business rules of IBM Maximo and can be installed without any additional infrastructure. This Application works in offline and online modes and integrates seamlessly with the IBM Maximo.

- Get Push notification for the Work Assignment
- View work orders on a Map and also navigate to work location using maps.
- View Safety Alerts - Hazards associated with the work order and the precautions
- View assigned Tasks & the attached work instruction documents
- View Material required to execute work and request materials
- Scan Bar Code/QR Code of the Asset to view maintenance history
- Update work details– Complete Tasks, Record Labor Time & Material Usage
- Update Failure codes for Reactive/Breakdown work orders
- Record work Log or Shift hand over the log as a text or voice
- Update specification attributes of the work order
- Take photos and attach to the work order or Tasks or with the work log
- Record meter/measurement readings
- Capture Signature for sign-off
- Create Service Requests & follow- up work orders
