Reasonable to use but I thought some of the instructions were not clear and ambiguous Didn’t like the persistent request for rating at each step. At the end there is a statement that a reply may take a few minutes. Still waiting. Does this app only operate UK business hours Also have to take off glasses for photo and video which meant I couldn’t see the instructions which probably resulted in a poor result
