Eye Opening
Granted, if you’re looking for an action-packed game with twists and turns at every corner, this is not for you. However, if you’re looking to learn about other people’s way of life and the struggles they face, this game is a beautiful representation of how some people in villages live. Here is a part of the game that really struck me: “These boys are very smart. They understand everything in class. But because of the lack of clean water, they can’t work or study effectively. It’s difficult to focus and learn if you’re sick all the time” Makes you think…
Racist.
I would say the game promotes a very racist point of view of what an African society looks like. I’m only giving one start because I can’t give less. What do you mean no clean water or good food? Very racist.
Breathtaking but heartbreaking
The game demonstrates the importance of comparing your sutuation to the long walks Bontu takes to obtain water
